CARE CREDIT
 | For our patients who have the benefit of insurance we do accept assignment of | |
| benefit(where applicable) which means that our teams will gladly complete the forms and send them on your behalf to your insurance company: We do require your payment for deductibles, estimated portions and copays when services are rendered with cash, check or Credit card (Master Card/Visa). | For our valued patients who would like to take care of their treatments and do not | |
| have the benefit of insurance we offer the following incentives: |
- Senior citizens receive an automatic 10% courtesy regardless of method of
payment.
- Prepayment via Cash, Check, Credit card receive a 5% courtesy
- Financing options: third party companies offer a wide variety of financing options
with flexible monthly payments to fit your budget. (Subject to quick approval process
usually in minutes) Our team will gladly to assist you with this process.
